Training and staffing needs
Allison’s views "as an employer, I consider it important to identify the training
needs of my employees and I take action to provide appropriate in-house and external
training. This ensures Great Bentley Pre-school maintains its position as an excellent
quality child care provider in the provision of day care for children and pre school
education, and also gives parents peace of mind that their children are being cared
for by a professional team."
At Great Bentley Pre-school we believe that all children should be given the opportunity
to learn through play at their own pace. Each session is planned by senior members
of staff using children’s own Individual Records to ensure that every child reaches
their full learning potential. We fully support and follow the governments new framework
and have implemented ‘The Early Years Foundation stage’ guidelines into our practice.
